I am really disapointed in my LS1

To the guy that raced the Evo...what makes you think it was an MR? Did it have a line of vortex generators across the top of the back window...like this?
I think they only sell 800 of those things a year in the US. Odds are it was a regular EvoVIII...modded, of course.

...a $3,000, genuine ProDrive wing from their '04 rallye car.
Here's the guy's Sti in rally trim. A bit gaudy for my taste, but each to his own...

Look bi*** just because we drive ls1's or muscle cars doesn't mean we have mullets and if you under that assumption. Then I say since you drive a front wheel drive pos then you must have slanted eyes, buck teeth, and a di** the size of your boost gauge needle.

But, hey...he's going for the rally look. And in that respect, he's dead on so far. *shrug*

Anyway...if it wasn't mullet, it would be something equally derogatory. Everyone disses each other over their choice of vehicle, and I don't see that ending anytime soon. Hell, the Chevy/Ford/Chrysler war has been going on for what...50 years, or more? Some things change. Some don't.
Don't let it get to you...

Well the only cars I picture as ricers are cars that are all show and no go. Other than that if a car has ***** and is not all done up with stickers and flashy body kits then it is a nice car,I would personally love to buy a skyline and have that as a road course car.
I just wonder though how people could think f-bodies would have mullet wearing drivers. Cause if I was a broke hillbilly with a mullet I would be able to afford a newer honda or srt-4 much easier than I could afford a newer f-body.

Well when I bought my car I could not find a f-body with under 20,000 miles for less than 20k. it took me 2 months and I finnaly found my formula with 12,000 miles on it and I got it for 22,000 out the door. Brand new 05 srt's are priced at 20,000 msrp.

Plus insurance prices on those types of cars are alot less than f-bodies. I dont know how much you pay but in california with 2 speeding tickets, I pay 430 a month for insurance on top of my 800 dollar a month car payment.

I bought it a month before I joined here so in june 2004. It was the nicest one I could find owned by an old man who only drove it on the weekends always garaged. He said it scared him cause it was to fast so he wanted to sell it.

I know but I have had these things for 2 years and they are about to go away. The car I drove before was a 5.0 and for full coverage on that thing with the same driving record it was only 265. Oh well I will deal with it for the next year, then those come off and 1 year after that my car will be payed off and I wont have to worry about **** anymore.
