I would say he definately doesn't run 12.5's, that's definately BS .... I would give him at least mid 11's if he's the "fastest car." Either way, you should rip the **** out of him.
If I were you, I'd put down some cash (at least a few hundred bucks) ... no "preview races," hoods closed, no silly rules, from a dig ... then get a nice launch, flip on the juice, and blow his doors off ... end of story. If he doesn't agree, just call him a scared little ***** .... that will get any guy on the planet to race you on whatever terms you want ...

Dont take that guys word just on good faith. Small towns are known to be real tight and could prolly use a good laugh from the new kid on the block.
