Ought to be 9's this year if everything works out OK....I will give the Mach 2 seconds and the move....Greg Banish is out of Livernois, don't know where he is at...may have to go to APE for tuning when its all back together.

I beat me friends 486RWHP Cobra, when I was STOCK (he was just learning to drive it)
after my mods I made 430RWHP and beat him by atleast 2 cars everytime.(he got better at driving)

how close to Ft. Wayne, IN. are you? My GTO is a 11.9 car, it just doesn't know it yet....I need a 3000 converter and tires, and launch on the bottle....now I get horrible 2.09 short times with no spin at all until the nitrous hits at 3000 rpm...than it spins a little...I stall it up to 1500 at most and hit it, it hooks and goes real slow until 3000 rpm and then goes real fast! I want a 1.65 short time and run some high 11's this year...

Its funny when people on the internet can't drive and call BS on good times....its great. I get 1.59 short times on 315-35-17 DR's with stock 10 bolt, 3.23 gears, and 3400 stall that had a bad stator...in a Camaro that weighed just about 4000 lbs.

Had a 1990 vette that ran 1.56-1.57 short times on a test n tune night at Muncie, with the same tires...people couldn't believe it. Practice practice practice...

What is really funny is how the same people with say stuff likle "my friend has a bone stock 99 Camaro with lid, headers, catback, and 150 shot and runs 10.60's all day long" Yeah, sure he does. Unless the car weighs 2900 lbs and has 4.33 gears and 28 in tires it aint gonna happen.

The GTO is getting much respect in my town...only my buddy in the Z06 has beaten me on the street... I have killed two modded WRX STI's, one modded WRX (non STI), Porsche 944 (slowest car ever made and worst driver ever), two modded 03-04 Cobras, BMW M5, several modded LT1 cars, LS1 cars, and lots of other slower cars,

Not in my car it didn't. 1.98 was the best I could get on F1's. Of course, that was the very first time at the track in the car. I need to go to a weekday TnT in the morning and work on it, get the kinks out. Hell, I think I'll lift at the 1/8 cause I just wanna work on the 60' times.

No, thats Dean..he has a 8.8 solid rear, 556 rwhp, nitrous, etc...Pauls Performance did all his work. I half assed raced him a few weeks ago with me of the bottle...I will race him now that I have my nitrous working good...should be a good race on the street...he ran two 11.5's at 122-123 at Mucnie when I raced there last Saturday. His problem is hooking on the street....even with the solid rear and MT ET Street Radials he doesn't hook well on the street. At the track his first run was a 13.05 because of wheel spin and missed shifts. I bet i will be within 2 cars of him on the street, even though he has me by a full second at the track.

I beat the Maroon 03 Cobra and the Red 04 Cobra on the street...quite easily I might add. I think the newer Cobras are kind of dyno queens that are real finicky on the track. As soon as my Camaro is done, I will come out, beat EVERY cobra in town by at least 5 car lengths, and then be a real dick to them!

I'm pretty far from Indiana - I live right near the PA/MD border.

Same with my Mach.

My 12.5 run was done with no tune & the stock computer pulling some timing at idle & even more in-between shifts.
I have since dyno-tuned it (car picked up 10 - 15+ rwhp/rwtq through the ENTIRE rpm range) - the tuner suspects that my knock sensors were pulling timing due to the poly motor mounts my car has, so he turned the sensors off in all my custom tunes.

I guess I'll see what ET the car runs this coming Saturday.

My plan is to hit high 11's all-motor before adding a 125-shot and MAYBE hitting high 10's...

I'm only 21 and can launch just about any car I drive pretty well. But I don't go around braggin and racing all the time, and I always keep an open mind to learn more things from people like you guys on here to just help me improve. I'm a firm believer in there's always someone better and faster, and one day I want to be that guy.....

never ran it at the track off hte bottle, just went to the track one time and only was allowed 3 runs, so I did bottle passes to mess with timing and stuff...GTECH says it runs 13.7-13.8 at 105-106 (But when I ran the GTECH at the track it was 3-4 mph fast but .1 slower than the timing lights...so I would assume 13.7 at 101-102 at the track...
