i beat a 360 from a slow roll (about 15-20mph) to about 100mph, i had him by a little more than a car length with him jumping me on the start. but of course he was an older guy, with a great driver the outcome could have been different. the look on his face when i made him pass me on the highway was priceless!

as for running 12s, it makes perfect sense. A s/c cobra can run mid 12s stock, so a modena weighing 500/600 less with a little more/same power will obviously run low 12s. Id like to race one, wont ever happen though

Think they are rated 12.8 @ 113mph.. Like I said I pulled one with CC306, shorty headers and stock heads from a 40 roll up to ~120mph. The lack of torque definately hurts them off the line.

A modded LS1 should have NO problem with one IMHO..

The stock ferrari looks quite stylish, but otherwise, overrated. Handling is only marginally better than, let's say, a C5. Many of the current american and world publications find the overall car only marginally better than let's say, Porsche 911 carrera, and that car seems to lose its appeal to most magazine editors in favour of the performance of the C5 and C6.
No matter what the intelligent few can express, pretence is always in style, so I say add a bit more to the F-bod and tear right into those pretentious exotics.

My car with all bolt ons with sticky tires should be able to take one
That include all the bolt ons plus a torque converter etc. Including nitrous, heads/cam
