Hmm I wonder what would happen if one of those guys in a srt-4 got beat by my 4000+lb boat. at the strip the other week, there was an rx-7 behind me and a 300zx. The guy was driving the zx and the gf was driving the rx-7. They were pointing at my car (it has a grey bumper and big dent from when I got rearened) and making gesters. Well it just so happens I lined up w/ the 300zx, and w/ my smoking 2.4 60ft time (need good tires) I beat him by over 1.5 secs. After she ran they pulled up next to my car about 20feet away, and I heard "damn that car can't be stock, it has some kind of turbo or Nitrous on it"
I have respect for any car that's fast. I just don't have respect for cocky/arrogant driver's who get mad when you won't race them on their terms, etc.

If you read some prior discussion, you'll know I said that orignally. It's, just like you said, that most of these ricers are driving SRT-4's now.
Haha gotta love the stereo-typing in this thread. "All srt-4 owners or most of them are stupid ricers." So im guessing you have met pretty much all of the srt-4 owners in the country huh? Plenty of cool guys with srt-4's on this board that are far from ricers and would probably smoke a good amount of the ls1's on this board. Maybe its just in your area but I hang out with a handful of srt-4 owners and they are all cool guys/girls, most who run mid-high 12's and a couple into the 11's on the stock engine with wga, upgraded turbo/intercooler, turbo-backs, bov, tires, and a good tune. I have met more mustang/ls1 owners in my area that are ricers than any import owner or srt-4 owner, but that doesnt mean that that speaks for all mustang/ls1 owners. Dont get me wrong, I love my z28 and i love domestic v-8 cars and would never own a import/domestic sports compact like an evo/sti/srt-4 simply because they are too small for me, but that doesnt mean that I cant appreciate that they are fast cars. Posting threads like this one just give people, who are true car enthusiasts on the forum, a bad name.

Just my $.02 all the owners of SRT4s are the same, think they are driving land rockets. I love to get ahold of the cocky ones who have upgraded turbos and think they really have something special. Now if someone is driving one and is cool then Im cool, I just cant stand the cockiness and it seems to be a prerquisite for owning one.

I can stereotype.... my last vehicle was an SRT and I spent lots of time over there on the SRTForums, as well as spent alot of time with SRT owners. There are a few cool ones out there that are true enthusiasts of cars.... but most of them are a bunch of punks.

Just more than owners of other cars. The above is JUST an EXAMPLE of the proportions, not actual data. Please understand my point. This is beginning to get too statistically oriented for me. I don't like stats. Reminds me of an ******* college professor I had.

hahah ok guy Im the guy with the SRT, I dont have chip BTW, I heard you were talking **** because I heard you were saying 4 cyl suck So i decided I want to race you based on past expiriences from past LS1 races. And my rims are not chipping so dont try to sound cool around your buddies. Its obviously not a SXT you dumb ****. The first race you got me because I hity my limiter and I told you that. SO I wanted another run so it would be closer. I said lets go again *****! and you just hit it. So I had to play catch up. If you want to run again and look like a dump bitch on saturday come out to hooters on saturday on Hulen.
