High 12s, I hope you're joking. Try high 11's to low 12s.

that would be a really bad driver! I still think the average should hit low-mid 12s.

Yeah, they can hit pretty low 12's with a good driver. There are actually quite a few viper drivers who can't drive at all.

srt-10 vipers tend to trap 120+ with a good driver, so u better be heavily modded to beat him. what do u have done to ur car?

I have seen a Viper w/ dual RAM air intake, headers, no cats, bullet style mufflers, & resonators run 12.7 'cuz he was all mouth & no skills. Most Viper drivers that I have encountered run better times with their mouth & recite what they have read. However, there are exceptions. Find out if he's run before & how often, 'cuz if he can drive, he will hit 11's. Look under the hood for spray before you run him. Stock tires on a Viper are 335's so it's not like running against 245 or even 275 street tires.

If you're a consistant 11's driver I wouldn't worry too much, but, know your competition regardless.

I am not sure what my car runs cause all i do is the street, but i have nitto's 555r,3.73 gears, fuddle 3400 converter, hooker lt's with dumps, and a hidden 150. He is about 50-60 years old but like i said plenty of money, but as far as i know he hasnt run anybody, and is still on stock tires with no bolt on's but not positive about bolt on's.
