The PI crown vic would take a civvi one by maybe 2 tenths and even the merc. Marauder (no longer in production as i recall) is a 15-15.4 second car. Its a joke, one big fat funny. Just tell him he doesnt want to. If he insists on being an ***, tell him you will take off in 2nd and skip 3rd on teh way to 4th

it is more like a mobile office than a persute vehicle...its SLOW AS ****, i mean, i used to own one with a transplanted 5.4L out of a 98 F150...not too bad for a family car, but still slow. not EVEN in the same league as a mustang gt, much less lS1

Lets just say this I was in a chase with a pont 6000 4 dr V6 think it was mid to late 80s. Well on a strait strech the pont left me in the dust. I talkin buss lengths. I was in a 2001 vic interceptor. If it wasnt for that 90 degree turn he tried to take at 75mph I might have lost him lol. Recap: police package crown vic= slow *** pos

Not to mention they are limited to what 127-135mph depending on rear end gear?
Stanger, Most Marauders I've seen in stock form can hit very very high 14s to low 15s. and yes they are no longer in production.

Frown Dicks are slow I dont know why people think they are sports cars and try to race them its just like any ole grandma mobile with a police look that crappy 4.6 does nothing for that behemoth!

Yup typical ***-clown at the gym talkin ****. "Hey man I can bench press more than you, so my crown vic has to be faster than your LS1!" Tools, I see them all the time at my local gym. I think its because all of the steroids they have taken over the years has rotted their brains. Seriouly please smoke the **** out of this guy. As for the marauders I actually liked them a lot when they first came out and wanted one but changed my mind after I saw that they were all auto's. Still though I think they look badass, kinda like the old LT1 chevy impala SS's.
