if u had enough road u could out run the helicopter too. they can only do 140-150 mph for about 5-10 minutes (full tank)

you dont even have to think about this one, its a ford, and the only thing good about them is that they circled a problem, tell him to get a real police car, and grab a 9C1

seriously though, whoever it was that wanted an interceptor as a daily driver, definitely look into a caprice 9C1, it is in every aspect except its steering ratio an impala SS. my buddy bought his from colorado and had it shipped here for a grand total of $2700, and the thing only had 86k on it. 2700 for an impala ss is a good deal in my book any day. and now i own it and i managed a cool 1500 for it.
