A pair of Vipers get slaughtered So last Saturday night i wus with 5 of my buddies, and we were leavin the mall to go to a burger joint down the road. We pull in the parkin lot of the burger joint and we get out of our cars when out of nowhere two vipers cruise by. We all kinda look at each other for a second and then we scramble to our cars. I'm in a 99 Z-28 pretty close to stock with some gay *** 2.73 gears, one of my friends is drivin a 01 SS with a 4000 stall, 3.73 gears and nitrous, and my other buddy is driving a 98 trans am lid and cut out car. So we all jump in our cars and tear *** outta the parkin lot. We messed with them on the street a little bit and we followed them onto the high way. Im thanking god at this point cuz with my gears all my good punches are 60 and above. So were on the highway and i get next to the 05 SRT-10 and we three honk. He pulls about a good car and a half on me before we hit traffic. Then my buddy Shane gets up next to him and tears him up. That 4000 stall instantly launched him alittle over half a car on the viper before they hit traffic. My buddy in the Trans am never got a chance to git him a piece once the SRT-10 got beat they got pissed and hauled *** outta there. Then later that night were at the same place when a cammed SS pulls in. We waited for him to leave then tried to race him but he turned into a driveway real quick and before we could even bust a bitch at the end of the road a cammed C5 vette pulls out and eats my buddy Shane alive. By that time we had raced up and down that road like 9 times and the cops were popping out everywhere so we hauled *** and called it a night. All in all a good night of racing.

Yea the only good part about this story was the cammed Vette...
And your basicly stock but only get pulled by a car and a half...But your friend with the highly modded SS pulls half a car?????
Were you only racing from 60-90 mph?????

What year vipers? No way 2 lightly modded ls1's hang with any of the vipers, just not happening unless they didnt know they were racing...I can see the stalled and sprayed ls1 hanging with or edging out an 05 viper but no way hes going to tear it up...

hrrmmm i have raced that body style viper before, i have mods in my sig, i make stockish ls1's look slow... the viper i raced inched away from me till we hit about 100ish and then pulled away like a mother...im not goin to call 
, but he was not racing you....3rd gear in his manual which is strong as hell and your auto... he woulda put 1 car on you from the get go..
