Default C5 and a Jag

ME and my girlfriend were on our way home from my soccer banquet tonight... haha that doesnt sound wierd, sorry guys im only a junior in high school...
we had a black car come up behind us and rev at us and she had never been in the car when i hit it before... anyways, this black jag pulls up next to us it was an XK-8, and sounded alot meaner than any other one i had heard, definatly had exhaust, it almost sounded better than my car...
anyways he hits it at the light, and i let him get the jump then floor it and it takes me to till 50ish to real him in but after i was even iwth him i just completely walked away, maybe 2 cars to 90 when i shut down, gave him the thumbs up and turned off
so the girlfriend is screaming at me saying we could have died and all this and its like, the back end didnt even break loose, calm down!
then her x-boyfriend pulls up in his dads c5, its a 99 bone stock M6, and he cant drive for ****, there has always been kinda a rilavry between us tho, but hey girls are involved right?
so i rev at him cuz ive been waiting for this for a long time, i can beat vettes if they dont have much done (basically if they only have exhaust or intake, but if they have both i have my hands full)
so my girlf sees this and starts screaming no no f**k you you cant do this ill never talk to you again, but i have to, so we go from a light and off the line i hook and he doesnt, but he didnt launch well, so by 60 i had like 3/4 of a car, and by 100 i hadjust near a full car,
two kills tonight, one for fun one for pride, and now i have a angry girlfriend to deal with, but it was worth it

Geez, my high school ride was an 88 jeep commanche truck with 185k miles and no A/c. The truck cost me 300 bucks. What kind of job do you have anyway or did your parents buy it for you? I have nothing against the parents getting it for you, means you were luckier than me. Nice kills.

I'm surprised you would race with your girl in the car AGAIN, even after she already made it clear that she didn't like it. But then again, your in highschool, what can we expect?

she's always told me she wanted to come with me one night when i went out so i figured might as well?? shes ok with it, she wasnt expecting it to be that fast, (the start and go and she looks over and were going ***** out, she was fine with it this orning thank god.

i have that car becuase i worked at my neighbros heat treating plant since i was 14, and i bought an 1982 A4 vette, and then my dad crashed it....rain, 2nd gear, curb, nofun, and it wasnt totalled, but it wasnt going to be drvable for a while so he gave me back the 10 grand i payed for it, and i found that car for 17,500 and i had another 5000 in the bank and took a loan from my parents for the other 2500

You just need to be careful, you sound a bit young to be out racing. Racing with someone else in the car is never a good idea. If something ever happened, there are lots of consequences. Your parents getting sued is one of them. I don't think they'd be too happy.

And btw, you don't need to justify or break down how you got your car. When someone asks, tell them to shut the **** up. You don't need to tell anyone what you paid for your cars, how long it took to save up, ect. You'll get people asking only because they are trying to justify why they are 10 years older and are half as successful. If you bought it yourself, great. If your parents bought it, great. Thats your personal business. Just some basic advice. That'll be $10.99. I take paypal, thanks.
