who are u talking 2?.........i think the lt-1 is a great engine i drive my bros 96 TA and pulls pretty nice with just a few mods

it isn't a bad engine, no one said that. Just like a 327 isn't a bad engine. It's just showing its age, and it is far from infallable.

I dont have a lt1 yet , but i do have a 3.4 and even with my 3.4 i still am cocky. Granted all the ones by me are slow as hell and rusted out(wisconsin weather) i still love to race them. Anyways i loved the story or actual account which ever it may be, i really dont care i just liked to read it cause it brought a smile to my face when i imagined the faces of the guys with the imports.

Just my 2 cents. Everyone has an attitude whether its on the road or on the forums you still have one. I personally like to take mine out on the road when i race (imports). If i lose i give them props and be done with it.

thats a vague reference..........because if age was an issue then you wouldnt see all those carburated GM's kicking ***!!!! with such an old system, but then again i got a TPI TA

high class what does that mean? someone who pays alot of money for heated seats and windshield wipers on there headlights?..........an american muscle car is not consider a luxury car but its still considered an american sports car icon, which is fine who the **** wants to race high class anyways

how am I not getting 120mph in 4th with 4:10's? my 3rd gear ends about 90, I also shift at about 6,400rpms are they supposed to stop at 110mph or something? Do you have 4:10's? becasue I've ran mine up to 130, and didn't feel the need to shift. I don't know how your car is tuned but my car is perfectly fine top speed on her should be near 165-170mph. not that I'm interested in going that fast, but the car is pretty stable... no floating.
