You would be the 1st person I've seen claim an auto is better from a roll. I understand how they'd be better from a dig with tires+gear+converter, in fact they're hard to beat. At 90mph I'd be at around 5K in third, a very nice starting point for a Z.

A pewter FRC (non-Z06) is one of the best looking C5's IMO.

I would also think that a stick would have the advantage on the highway. I pick up ET/MPH in my Turbo Regal when I lock the converter in 3rd gear during the 1/4 mile.
