From my understanding of laws around here, you can do burnouts all you want in your own property but if someone calls the police you can be issued a distrubing the peace ticket. Now my friend's friend has a shop (dyno and all that stuff) a couple towns over and the building still is zoned as industrial. So there really isn't any noise laws one has to follow until certain times of the day.
