we do 2 races. 1 from a slow roll. pretty even take off- he puts a good car or so on me to about 90. he says you wanna go again, i say ok. we go from a stop this time. we roll into it and he puts a good half a car on me till about 80.
we pull over and starts the **** talking again lol. i say is that all you got outa that car. he goes, whati beat you, dont you remember. lol.
personally i was expecting a bigger hurt than a car length to 90. prolly woulda been 2 in the quarter if we ran over 110. he was cool about it and i really didnt care because i have way less hp lol. blamed the close race on wheel hop
nevermind he was on nittos and i was on a true 16" street radial, gas from 2005, 100% factory stock suspension and 2.73 gear

turbo is required to hit 500rwhp. The difference between a ported eaton car
and a stock eaton car is huge, even though it's only 40rwhp.

Nice runs. There's no shame in losing. It just makes you want to modify
your car further.
I'm sure he did have traction issues if he makes 500rwhp and he's only
on Nittos...especially if he's still running the IRS. While that's legit, it's
still only an excuse. Run what ya brung.

It's just like the ET example I gave. 500rwhp can = 128mph or 121mph traps.
It's dependent upon the setup (clutch, tires, etc) and the driver.
For reference, I went 123mph with 460rwhp. 600rwhp is good for about 130mph.
