lt1 vs 05 rustang well my friend on a 97 camaro z28 pulled up on my other friend with a 05 gt, well sad to say the lt1 lost buy a car length they were both automatic,
i was wondering how i would do i have a 98 z28 ls1 m6?

LS1's have more power to the wheels along with weighing less then then the new mustangs...All in all you "should" be able to beat him, but anything can happen on the street, depends on your driving skills with the m6.

As for a 98 Z28, well it depends in theory it has more power than the Mustang and 'should' be the faster over a 1/4 mile. But the auto Stang will probably be pretty consistant where as it's real easy to mess up with a manual.
