I liked the part about buying a used KB. Explain to me why I wouldn't want to save
$1,500. Making a decent living doesn't mean I'm rich...far from it. We all have bills to pay.

I'm 6'6" and cant ******* fit in a corvette. I dont blame Unit for using that as a legit excuse.

 

You know what it really is? It's that the seat won't recline. It puts my head
on the gosh damned roof and my left knee won't clear the steering wheel
to shift. Sucks that GM makes a badass car like the 'vette and I can own one.

Both. My friend had a black C6 coupe, now he has a yellow C6 'vert.
I've been in a lot of C5's. No good. Both are very small to me. I could get the car to move but I really couldn't drive it or be comfortable in it.

Maybe I'm lying about being 6'7 though. Hmmm... What do you think Bravo?
It could be that I'm only 5'3 and I'm just too broke to buy a 'vette so I make
up excuses. Oh wait...I know a lot of guys on this board.

Haha I hear ya UNIT, im a little over 6'8 and 250 pounds and I cant even come close to fitting into my good friends 2005 C6, its not even an option trying to drive it. I can recline the seat a ton in my camaro and moving it all the way back I can fit fine and drive comfortably, but in the C6, forget it. Plus I agree on the KB, if you can save $1500 and get a perfectly good KB then why waste that money just to say you have a new one. I mean its like throwing $1500 bucks into a paper shredder.

He's referring to bone stock. Hands down, the cobra is already forged from the factory. I'm with buying used too. No need to spend money on new if the parts your buying have low milage and are in perfect condition.

Damn, I am sorry for all the drama. No hard feelings unit213. Wasn't trying to get you in trouble, just wanted to see the car in person. I almost bought a Cobra but in 2000 I liked the Corvette better then the used cobras on the market and had always wanted a brand new car. Had 2 tenths of a mile on it when I purchased it. I am very proud of my baby and I am happy with the great job that LG Motorsports did on it. I would've went to Livernois but they wanted too much money, and needed the car for way to long. Plus Lou let me leave owing him over 6,000 . I will have him paid off next check as long as the OT keeps coming. Again no hard feelings, and sorry to have all this drama going on. Geez. Offer still stands 213 Mongolian BBQ this weekend. You pick the day, Fri,Sat, or Sun. at 530pm You can buy though. LOL Peace out bro, and don't let that COBRA bite too many people this summer.
