I don't know where your at but over in Sugarland it has been raining alot, if it clears up tonight we could meet at the spot I told you about, but I don't think ima make it out to the meet. I hate waking up at 7:15 enough without staying out late.

Lets see, 401 rwhp, 4.10's, probably more power under the curve to a point than the TT350, I don't see why its hard to see that he pulled that car by that much.

Nice kills. I too am surprised the 350z TT didn't put up more of a fight. Do you have any idea what kit he was running? The GReddy TT out of the box is only 5psi, and doesn't put out anywhere near 400rwhp. Tell him to get it properly tuned, up the boost, and get back to you :thumbsup:

Im not sure what kit, he has a digi-boost controller and was running 8psi, said he made 460 on 8 pounds, and 400 at 6. He was running 8 when we raced, sometimes a car with a better powerband will just beat a higher HP car that is making all it's power way up top over a short period of rpm.

Exactly, my car was making more HP/TQ then that 350Z all the way untill he was redlining every gear, he would gain a little and as soon as he shifted I went right back to pulling away from him, my buddies vortech stang is the same way, it has a peaky *** powerband that is very short, whereas my LS1 has a very flat curve that can pull from any rpm range.

You may not like this guy (I personally have no feelings one way or the other), but he tells the truth. MOST 350z owners with even a single turbo are near 400whp, and MOST 350z owners with twin turbos are pushing more than that. I don't doubt the kills, but 25psi is right in his power estimates.

Now this is an ls1 with heads and cam with 4.10 gears vs a 350z at 9psi. This was not even close, so I still dont see how you pulled one by 4-5 cars.

25psi, you do know some heads and cam cars are weaker than others? some can make 380 rwhp, others can approach 500 rwhp. Just like some turbo 350Zs will only make 380rwhp, and others will approach 500 rwhp. I've got a buddy with a 350Z and he previously had a 98 Z28, Ive heard alot about them. HE knows that he would barely edge me out unless he does engine work.

so with your 462 rwhp car you're only trapping 114-116? Thats weak for the amount of power you put down. Theres cam only LS1s that would obliterate you. Hell my LT1 would have ran with you. What the hell kind of LS1s do you race? do they pull plug wires off? I would get waxed by alot of LS1s and I had a pretty quick car.

No, I trapped at 114 with the standard 6.5 psi kit with no further mods. I haven't ran it with my exhaust,plenum spacer, larger down pipes and 10psi of boost. I'm guessing I should be around the 122mph range.

Not necessarily. I can't boost more than 10psi anyways without race gas before I start detonating. I'm still on stock injectors.

I don't see why yall all keep trying to start ****...His SS must obviously be a fast car..I have personaly seen him beat pullied cobras...some even with ported blowers...and if u think about it...the TT350Z was only running at 8psi...not a lot at all

Haha, that **** was funny. He called me out thinking it was gonna be another easy LS1 kill, the 1st thing he said when he got out was "I thought you only had a cam"
