He stated that it would take a cam and heads, or nitrous for an LS1 to pull(beat) a TT350Z. It took a cam only LS1 with 401 rwhp to beat it. Imagine what would happen when he gets a new pulley, intake manifold, and cut out on it. I gained 30 rwhp with a street tune with those 3 mods. I am pretty sure he would stay in front each time then.

No I didnt say it would take heads and cam. I said no ls1 without heads or cam will pull a 350ztt. You keep stating cam only, you do realize he has most of the basic bolt ons right.

Imagine if I had a tune, pulley, intake manifold, larger injectors, and 5 more psi.

Where is that "or" at. When you use a comma to seperate, it is taken as an "and". And no, I never stated that a full bolt on LS1 will pull a TT350Z, a full bolt on zo6, maybe, but thats an LS6.


As for a cutout, yea, why not. They are very cheap, and will flow a lil better than a full through exhaust.

It doesn't take a full bolt-on C5 Z06 to pull TT 350Z. With just CAI and LT headers, I beat one by two car lengths from 60 - 130.

I've already beat one with headers and exhuast. Go on Houstonperformancedriving.com and see. I beat him all the way up to 160.

But where talking about 2 different vechicles now. One with 100+ more hp stock. So of course it would be harder for a 350z to beat.

From your indicated trap speed, thats only 2-3 mph off of what I am running. So I think it would be a pretty good race. But you probably would still win.

More like 50 hp stock, as most LS1's dyno low 300's stock, and LS6's dyno mid 350's to 360's stock. As I recall from another thread, you stated that a H/C zo6 barely pulled a 350z at 9 psi, and that a full bolt on zo6 won't make 400 rwhp. I am just showing who the "idiot" really is.

Thats what I figured, if an LS1 can get 350-360 with bolt ons, a Z should be able to get 400.

The thing about saying "i've beat a turbo this or that" is there are a lot of variables. There's a huge difference between a turbo running 5 psi and 15 psi of boost. There's also a huge difference between different turbochargers. It's like not all cams for ls1s are the same. Saying "i beat a tt 350z" is as specific as "i beat a cammed ls1."

You are really a dumbfuck. Go back and find that post. I clearly stated that a full bolt on ls1 can make over 400rwhp as you can see with sprayed1988. I know plenty of Z06 owners that make well over 400rwhp, so why would I even suggest that?

Wow, I really must have pissed you off, you aren't making any sense now. A full bolt on LS1 will not make 400 rwhp. It takes a cam to get it to that point. Sprayed 1998 has a cam, and has not completed the list of full bolt ons. I may have been mistaken about the accusation of you saying that a full bolt on zo6 won't make 400 rwhp, I just can't find it right now, and the searches won't find posts that don't count(like the ones in here).
