The wing should be easy to remove man....when you open the hatch back, you shoould see some sort of retaining pins, or screws(maybe phillips head)...something. Removeing those, should give you some visual acces to the bolts (probably 10mm) that hold the spoiler to the decklid.

I changed a rear spoiler once on my buddies Z28 about 2 years ago...to an SS one. I don't remember it taking more then, maybe 4-5 minutes. The hardest part, if you wanna call it hard, was cutting the third brake light connectors, and resplicing(weather pack my son) them together with the new, replacement spoiler with third brake light.

Shouldn't be hard at all. Matter of fact, I think all bolts are easily seen with removing anything.

aha, thanks for the explination,,, but this spoiler is actually fitted on top of the stock one.. maybe it's added with glue or something.. i'll check tomorow to see if it's bolted

If it is GLUED to the car, with no screws,..and you really want it off....take some fishing line....apply some heat, or let the car sit in the sun.....and take the fishing line, and try and go between spoilers....

....it'll take some time but, thats how it's done.
