Why is it that these little dodge neon Srt4's and other imports always try to bite off more than they can chew. It's like... the bigger the exhuast can, the bigger ***** they think they have. Wow, you have a small turbo. I have like 2 and a half of your motors under my hood. Where's the challenge or fun in that?

Heh, I guess I did leave that part out. We went from a 20 roll and of course I pulled on him instantly. I let off once around 90 or so and was already a long way ahead of him. He came back and said he missed a gear so we went again from 60. I let off around 130. He looked like a red skittle in my rear-view by then. I caught a stop light later and there he was again. I didn't notice at first, but he had his Girl in the car with him. She looked embarassed. There's your kill.

 

Good kill. My wife and I also have an 05 SRT4 and its 99% stock CAI and Exhaust. We took her car out a bit last night, ( I was working on my stupid Ford alternator ) and we got tried by another one, revving like a maniac, guages, lights, loud *** exhaust. We went from a 15 roll and I SWEAR we beat him by half a car with the ac still on. Yes they can be fast, but only act fast and arrogant when you are fast. K, thanks.

 

Some of them are idiots that don't know where they sit on the food chain, and are way too cocky, and then there's guys like me who will race just about anybody all in fun, that's what it's about. I'm sure a lot of you guys are the same way. Of course I'm not an ******* about doing it though, if I try to incite and they don't wanna play, I just let it go and move on, I don't harass them like some morons do.
I've had a few races where I thought I would get dominated, but raced anyway and wound up really close or sometimes even win, you just never know.

 

Good kill. It is most satisfying when you crush someone's ego infront of his girl.

 

I agree. I laughed HARD when I saw her face. She was a hot little blonde. She stared a bit. So of course you know I had to.... well nevermind. ANYWAYS!! Like a few of you were saying though about the being cocky. He deserved it. This kid has been gunning for me for a few weeks now. He would Rev on me so hard, bounce off his limiter, and then stare. Oh well.. That kill was fun.

I have the same thing happen to me! Camaros, T/A's, Mustangs, etc. see my little import and think "I'll beat his ***! POS rice!" I then show then under the hood and everything, and for some reason they still want to race... I'm like, "Dude, this is your motor, with more mods, and this car weighs the same as half of yours." "So! I'll beat the **** out of that rice POS!" Yeah, ok. I sometimes wonder where all the informed racers are. Its like everyone is an idiot.
