Stock S281s are a joke, IMO. 275-285 stock, with all the added weight.......laughable. Doesn't surprise me you handed him his ***. Good job. I hate it when people are so 'brand/type' loyal and/or clueless that they have no idea what the car next to them has.

. anyway, i ran into traffic and downshifted so we could have an even race and right at that time, he takes a last minute exit. and by the way, sorry for taking over your forum man.

Ya know I used to love Saleens back before they went to the 99+ body style. That and I don't care for the 2v mod motor. Even though I own a mod motor I'd kill for a S351 saleen. Bad ****. Too bad they stopped making them in 99. Now I think saleens are junk.

they don't even sc the new saleens anymore right? i think the 05 saleens are a waste of money, 30 extra hp, a little better interior and a body kit. and to pay a extra 20,000 just for that! imagine what you could do if you just bought a gt with that money!

Yes they do....there is the standard Saleen, which is nothing mroe than suspension and 25 HP. The S/C is pushing 400HP, and the extreme is 500 (I believe, have to double check that one).
