Definitely possible that it's a LS1 camaro. Pretty sure that it's bone stock with a bad driver, which would make this a high 13 or even worse a low 14 second car. As a matter of fact, I have a friend that drives '99 Z28 M6 with Loud Mouth and some home-made intake; he couldn't get into 13's the same day I was running 12's in my '00 Z28 M6 with LM and a lid when we went to Capitol last spring.

New GTs with intake, gears, and tune should be capable of low 13's to high 12's with a good driver. So, I'm not surprised that camaro got walked by a GT by what appeared to be 4-5 cars.

Skittle with stage 3 from a roll is no joke. Stage 3 with supporting mods is capable of trapping 115-117mph on pump gas and I've seen them trap 125mph on race fuel and with all the supporting mods. Those cars are highway monsters So that skittle walking both cars starting way behind is very belivable.

Anothing thing though, did anyone watch the race between the skittle and camaro from a dig? That video proved inability of camaro driver launching/driving his car. Stage 3 SRT4 from a dig is a bitch to launch. First gear is pretty much useless, along with half of the second gear. RWD car with pretty wide tires and a decent driver should've pulled a car or two on that skittle until he'd catch traction... but what happened in that race? Skittle left camaro as soon as the race started. Guy in the camaro couldn't beat a car off the line that basically has no traction till 50mph...

An old thread... but no, there isn’t one. Nothing has changed.

Well its not every day you find vid of your car on a web site lol This was my car about a yr ago. Mostly stock except for tune, cai, gears, & nittos. I went 12.9@108 w/1.9 60' on that setup lol I read the pages on here and was hoping to clear up a few things. 1st it was a ls1 car.. 2nd it was dogged out.. 3rd poor driver lol the stage3 **** is a gd friend of mine that I spent 16 hrs of my life in putting the stage 3 on that car lol Like previously stated 1st gear in that car is useless and the ls1 driver couldnt even pull him out the hole. I know first hand what a well built ls1 is capable of ( Casey,Ben,Shannon & Chris) and will say stock for stock the ls1 has the advantage but don't under estimate the 3valves as they respond very well to bolt-ons.
