Going to see some friends in Ennis last night and I see a Skittle getting on the frontage road and then on 287. I follow about 4 carlengths behind as we get on. I look back to switch lanes and get next to him to see if he wants to run as he is about a car and a half ahead. As I am turning to check my blind spot, I see I am clear and look up......poof......he takes off. I have already matched my revs and am in 2nd around 4800 and drop it (which is between 55-60mph) chasing him down to about half a car ahead at about 110. Was fun, gave him a thumbs up, not sure if he returned it, he had dark tint. He exited immediately afterwards. I did not seeing as I had beer to drink, .

I think he was on his way to his friend's to drink, and didn't exit because he hadn't gotten there yet.

 

Ahh, that could be. Street racing sober in a "safe" environment, I don't have nearly as much of a problem with that. I do it all the time.

I already have one, but thanks for the thought. I ran into a black skittle last night, he didn't fare so well from 1st gear so he tried me again from a roll high in 2nd gear. I opened up the cutout on him, and he fared even worse on that one. hehehe

those things are only quick from a roll,they suck from a dig.i raced a" big turbo" SRT4 last week from a stop and i had him by probly 10 cars or more.

 

Bolt-ons, Vig 2800 stall, an FM13-114 cam, and HP Tuners. So far it has gone 12.08 @ 112, but there's more left in it. I need a new stall BAD, and looking at the Yank PT4000.
