you plan on running ice at the track. Adding more volume does nothing
really since you're just moving more of the same hot fluid. The LFP
and PFAB intercooler reservoirs are too small to make an impact if
filled with ice. It'll melt before you get to the water box. You need a
5 to 10lb reservoir if you really want to make a difference in IAT2's.
There are plenty Cobras out there running deep 10's on the stock reservoir.
You can do the LDC cooling mod, even though I haven't.

^ Why's an S2000 rice? S2000's are pretty nice IMO, I know on a domestic board anything not Ford or Chevy is rice, but they are definitely not rice. I dont know why people call imports "rice" the term rice is for ricers which is for cars that have ridiculous mods that do nothing. Id take an S2K over a Z28 anyday of the week (except an SS which I like) Its hard to beat an S2K in the handling department if your into that.

I get annoyed when some1 blurt's dumb **** about something that they probaly have never drove......Those s2000's are very nice for what they are... stock, they aren't anything to worry about however, a full bolt on s2000 w/ sc (my friend has 1) can run high 11's & put down 475hp & has potential for more power.....that's pretty impressive to me for being a 4 banger, also they handle very very well, are reliable & get great gas mileage. fwiw

I totally agree, matter of fact there is a guy on the S2K board right now that has a couple vids of his Turbo S2K vs a Nitrous TA and a C6 Vette, and he kills them pretty good. We used to have an 03 S2K and that thing was pretty fun to drive, obviously it isnt going to compare powerwise to an LS1 or whatnot, but it wasnt made for that.

However, 475hp (do you mean flywheel or rw?) I very much doubt using a superchrager and pump fuel. A turbo setup yeah, but that would still be pretty radical.

Yep....Terminators/machs/5.4L navigator and expedition all have the same cams. They used them for the TQ. The heads are the same in the two 4V 03/04 281s. The difference in CR is strictly on the Piston side. Rods and pistons are different.

What octane fuel?
Any chance of posting the dyno graph. Was it SAE corrected? And what type of Dyno? Do you have any other mods apart from the turbo?
Sorry for all the questions, but with a decent (read not basic or low boost) turbo setup I can believe that sort of figure, but not with a blower. But think about it, the S2000 only has a 2.0 16v DOHC, nothing particulary different from an Evo or Cosworth.
Now even a stock 330bhp Evo is by no means tame and requires servicing every 6000 miles. You're claim of ~470rwhp is near 500bhp. That's an awful high state of tune (250bhp/litre).
Now I know it's possible, but I really don't believe its easy with a fully reliable/durable engine only running low boost. Either that or the horses used to measure the engine where more like Shetland ponies instead of Shire horses.
I mean if a 2003/4 Cobra was tuned to the same state it would be producing 1150bhp. Which is possible, but again not easy and really viable as an every day reliable setup.

ok didn't know that, although I though that they where still 2.0 here in the UK. But to be honest they don't really interest me so I've never looked.
How much HP does the 2.2 have stock, the UK 2.0 ones have 237bhp DIN (about 240bhp SAE Net)
