The sad part was that he thought he could run 12's in his car with his 355. I told him to take me for a ride, and it was more like high 14's. I took him for a ride in my mustang when I was stock with a 150 shot and told him this is what 12's is like.
I used to have a 305SS monte carlo. I did all the bolt ons, swapped to 350. what a difference, no comparison. it is like going from a 302 Ford to a 408 Windsor.
Yeah^, I actually have a(n) 383 in the Garage that I was going to put into my 79 camaro, but had to sale that also
( actually sold it on here, LS1 Tech). For a little while I was thinking of putting it in the 85 camaro but couldn't afford to do it( still needs the Heads, Intake, Carb, ect. ect.). The 85 camaro would have been sick fast with that motor but oh well(all forged complete short block should be in the range of 500 + HP. with the right heads, intake and carb combo), I'm selling the Stroker motor now. I started doing the car stuff and got too many projects at once and now I am trying to do one at a time( starting with the Formula). Here is a couple pictures of the engine and the 79 camaro.Engine pictures are not that great. I haven't even took the bag off yet
