350Z kill
350Z kill I didn't know where to post this, but i figured this would the best spot.. I went to an all import car meet here 2 days ago (saturday) and i was the only domestic there. well im out hanging with my buddy who drives a procharged G35 and this guy comes up to him hysterical saying he just pulled a Heads/Cam camaro SS up to 120mph, before they shut down. So i'm curious and i asked what does he have. He points to kitted 350Z. His Z was bad assed body panel wise. So i then asked him what kind of turbo is he running and he says it's NA with a CAI and catback. So i then ask what shot he's running. He says he's not on the bottle and the only mods he has on his car is that CAI and catback. I asked if it was a 5spd or auto, and he says auto. i then asked if he's taken it to the track and he say's yes. He then tells me his best time is 13.9 @ 101....after that i literally fell to my knees laughing, and i told him while laughing that he just beat a heads/cam V6 camaro....This story made my night, lol, i was laughing so hard i think i added 5 yrs to my lifespan.... Guys if you ever want a good laugh, go to an import hangout and just listen to their stories....
i have yet to catch an actual FI 350Z out here.
I saw two body kitted 350Z's the other night racing around on the highway, one had a HUGE wing. neither was too obnoxiously loud..
One of them bursted out in the far left lane and I was like wtf, I can hang with these for some fun.. and he was way out there, but I hit it and caught up pulling over 130mph before I saw him shut down, and then i flew by and had to let them go I had to get off.
Not a kill cause I had to catch up quite a bit and i'm still not sure if he saw me coming up on him.. but I reeled him in pretty well and pretty damn quickly.. no idea on their mods. oh well, I still think they look pretty sweet.
