Pulled on an LS1 Camaro..... Yeah, a buddy of mine I work with wanted to challenge me again for the "Fastest Car at Work" title. He has a 1999 Z28 A4 (lid, free mods, LT's ORY, SLP LM2 3000 stall, 2.73's). He got his longtubes and ORY a couple weeks ago. I thought I should defend my honor on the way to a #1 with cheese at Whataburger.
We go from a 45 roll and I put about a car on him to about 100. He stayed with me really well from the punch, but I guess the M6 edged him out, was a good race! He said his NX Wet Kit will be on this week for the rematch,

Two buddies were racing Friday night, one with a full exhaust A4 2.73's and the other with a full exhaust M6. The M6 walked him, but it wasn't by much. And this A4 was stock stall. I can't wait to get my tranny rebuilt and tuned to see how I stack up against some of these 6-speeds. M6's are no joke from a roll.

With his mods he should pull you but it doesnt always work that way. I have raced a couple ls1's with the same mods as your co-worker and i've pulled them like you did. I dont have LT's yet either. So very nice kill.

Like I said, he could take me in a standing 1/4 no problem, I just need some sticky tires. When I had my auto LT1, I would beat alot of faster cars that pulled me on the highway, so I've been there with the auto trans. Was funny, I would get razzed for having an auto and they would get razzed for losing, .

. Thanks! Well I just got a call from one of my other buddies who has a bg nitrous Cobra and told me not to pick on RS appearance packaged Z28's, . He thought it was pretty funny that I pulled on him, oh well, I guess I get to have my **** pushed in sometime this week when he gets the bottle put on, .
