Lost to GTO :(
We are both BONE STOCK and both M6. His is 06'.
70-120 He had me by 1/2 car giving me the hit by 1/2 car. He claims had we been dead even he would have won by "1-2 is my guess"-Him.
Is this normal performance for an 01 WS6 or should I have done better?

I thought you said if you posted this you would mention that you did a dig run also. I guess I will take the liberty to mention the dig run then. GTO ftw by several car lengths due to mangled start of WS6 lol.

The results seem 100% dead on to me...
The average fbody weighs 3400 pounds and dynos 300 rwhp
The average 05-06 GTO weighs 3700 pounds and dynos 340 rwhp
and for shi*ts and giggles the average C5 weighs 3250 pounds and dynos 295 rwhp
While all this looks like just a bunch of numbers...What it really means is that with an 2.1 60 ft and average driver....
-The fbody will pull a 13.5 at 106
-The GTO will pull a 13.3 at 108
-The C5 will pull a 13.3 at 108
CAN A STOCK FBODY DO BETTER THAN 13.5???? HELL YEA..BUT IT WILL NEED A BETTER 60 FT THEN THE GTO AND C5 TO RUN THE SAME TIMES
The GTO and C5 both have a slightly better power to weight ratio and will always trapp 2 mph higher on average. This is why you loosing by 2 cars is exactly right..
The GTO's have a bad rapp due to the 2004 model. It's 3700 pounds and 290 rwhp on average made it the slowest LS1 car ever available to the public..
Off a 2.1 60 ft..try 13.8 at 103 mph..Or basicly a 350Z with an pop charger ( air intake)
