I know, it's slow, but I don't have much for mods yet.

At all the tracks I've been to (I think it's NHRA regulation), you have to have a helmet @ 13.99 or below.

Helmets are required at 13.99 or quicker, yes. My car had the same mods as it does now, just a shitty launch (mods in sig). If I annihilate the tires before I go to the line, it hooks a lot better. That was like a 2.1 - 2.2 60 FT time. Typically it runs 13.0-13.1 . Hopefully it'll be in the low 12's, high 11's when I get the rest of my mods done.

Well if the Cobra's stock 14's are right especially since convertables are slower than hardtops, but yeah a 14.9 is pretty bad for it.

He could have gotten a little better, but an SN95 Vert isnt the best thing to be drag racing in. They are usually low 14's, so I could see a high 14 with a subpar 60' and shifting. Nice run to the op.

+1. Not fair at all. But nice kill. Your car didn't seem slow.

But the driver of that Cobra gets thumbs down for running that time. That's the time range for the 96-98 GT's. 14.9!??! WTF..
