on a side note my buddy peeps had a similar setup to what your runnin h/c/i . AFR heads with a custom ground cam from don at dez racing and he was puttin down over well over 400 so when its all said and done you should have a stout car

 

A4 cars are Quick. Hard to beat an auto at the track. You're buddies car should run low 11's if not 10's. I have a frined running 11.4 with the same mods as me in an auto car with 40 less rwhp. I race LVD & epping. I like eping better. Car will be well over 400rwhp when done. I'm just shy of that now.

 

actually the ss is an a3 with rmvb. no overdrive it used to be a m6 it went 11.6 at 122 last year with a 190 60ft. don said he thinks the car should have no problem gettin into the 10s this year.
i figured as much thats why i said you should be well over 400. but i dunno man i doubt ill have anythin for ya but i usually make it up to epping at least once a month during the season. so anytime your headin up there pm me and we can meet up.

No actually located in augusta. But the dealer that sells the most of the GT's and Mach's is Fairway Ford, lol.

The funny thing is 10 years ago everyone was asking how to beat the Mustangs, now I think the tables have now shifted. The true Mustang guys know what to do and how to build a car to dominate, but with both N/A motors the 5.0 and a built ls1 motors makes a great race ALL the TIME!

Well if you're in the 9 sec club then I'd say you've got more than enough to back up that plate! One of the funny ones I saw on an f-bod was "SMKUR50" IMO if you're gonna run a plate like that then you should be able to dominate those types of cars. I would think 500 RWHP should be the minimum for any type of car to back up a ****-talkin' plate. The guy I saw had it on a stock GT

That is so retarded....I can't think of many Z's that wouldn't beat a stock S197. It would take a CAI/Exh/Tune for it to be a close race. I hate arrogant owners.

 

Damn man . . . if you're hitting 9 secs. that car, probably isn't street legal but that would be for a kickass plate though and I'd totally support the fact that it would be cool, b/c you absolutely know you'd prob. dominate about 90% of the cars in your area if not all.

It's street legal. I don't own a car that isn't street legal. I have video of one of my cars running at the track with the current plates and inspection. I've posted it here before.
