I'm sure there is a Noble owner out there who ran an 11.X stock, but its not the norm. Just like a 12.8 is not. That some damn fine driving there

And you probably had more WHP than a stock noble does. I bet they lay down about 300.

Dont know the DA that night actually, it was about 55 degrees and about 40% humidity and we are about 600 ft above sea level here. My short time was 1.98 on that run. It ran in the 12s three times that night.

They have a re-worked Ford Taurus V6, IIRC.

I was being highly sarcastic.

Hard to tell if the was because you thought the Noble was lame, or if it was a joke. My bad.

Noble Cars UK uses a 3.0-liter 352 hp version for the Noble® M12 GTO-3R in the UK. This is the same Ford Duratec aluminum block V6 engine currently used in the Mazda 6, Lincoln LS, Jaguar X-Type and Ford Escape with the addition of twin turbo induction and slight engine mods. With this drivetrain the Noble® GTO-3R is capable of going 0-60mph in 3.7 seconds, 0-100mph in 8.8 seconds, a quarter mile in 11.9 seconds, and has a lateral grip of 1.156g with street tires.

sounds impressive, but then so do all the adds for mustang gt's.

I had the pleasure of seeing a red M400 noble a few months ago. I was DESPERATLY wishing I had drove my viper to get some comparison pics..

To me it was stunning and looked like an NSX on Steroids. very beautiful car..

12.2 at 115 mph is pretty damn fast. Im sure good drivers have hit 11.9 at 118 mph bone stock in them.

and the M400 that i saw is just SICK. Could you imagine clicking of 0-60 in 3.3 seconds any time you wanted? HELL..even a crappy run your first time trying would probaly be a 3.9 0-60.. Thats fast as Hell man..LOL

You'd dust just about any competitor from any light on the street minus bikes. Even a c6z06 would be playing catch up till you got around 120 mph. Then it would be very close ( theve been clocked at 0-60 in 3.5 as the fastest)
