My buddy at work just got his 03 cobra dynoed a week ago. It made 633rwhp and 680rwtq at 19psi with a 2.3L whipple.

You must me 580rwtq...680rwtq isn't happening without nitrous.

The intercooler is below the blower. You're saying the nitrous kit is
plumbed into the lower intake manifold? There's no fuel line coming
off the stock rail so there would need to be a stand alone setup.
This engine bay looks damned near stock expect for that Whipple.
I'm not buying 700rwhp.

I agree, I am not buying 700 either on this car.

I don't know enough about these cars to know where the plumbing would go. I assumed when my buddy told me a 75 dry shot it was in the intercooler. I obviously assumed incorrect.LOL

I just looked at his sheet and max torque is 694 which is a spike and it made about 680rwtq. I got some info out of him about the setup, he runs 110 octane gas, 26 degrees total timing, bassani midlenghts, slp loudmouth exhaust, I think it was called plasma ignition module, lightning cams, and a mullet mod. Thats all I can remember.

He could be in the low 600's on pump and 17-19 psi or 24 psi and race gas. That would give him 700rwhp easy.

Right... dyno pull. I can make a dyno show that I make 800rwhp
too.

I could make my 89 ford escort pull 1000RWHP as well, dynos are starting to become dated tools imo.

However, it's very possible to make 700rwhp with one...but it has to be spun
to the moon, have tons of timing, race gas, etc.

Also, im not sure if there are different whipple models but here is a pic of his setup.

just wonderin where your buddy ran into this guy so i can stay clear of there. 600-700 dont really matter to me i aint keeping up with that so a location would be nice so if i see it i can put my tail between my legs and go the other way.
