Most others are hack jobs that simply look at power to weight, declaire victory, and call it a day. 959 is an exception, except that it had more frontal area than the YB so they can talk about COD all they want, its still a brick compared to a half brick LOL.

You hit the nail on the head. It did have the 572 in it with twin tuned port injection under the hood also. From what I heard, don't know if it is true or not, but it ran a 9.5 something 1/4 time with a blown rear. Chevy then put the 350 in it, smaller tires and put them out in 96 labeled as the " SS ". The last Barrett Jackson auction I watched had a ZL1 auctioned off, I forget the year though, I think it may have been a 00.

basically you can eliminate a bunch in the top15 because they are "one-offs"..but the Yellow Bird is impressive to say the least for what it runs with, especially being as old as it is now IMO at least, some laughed it got killed by the Veyron, but 133mph in the 1/4 and 210+ top speed is nothing to sneeze at lol..
