Sweet, I want to see it when its all done. Have those guys been out yet this year, I know they meet up there on State St. by Hamot Hospital, but by the looks of it the ricers have taken it over lately.

We beat a GT in a Cadillac SRX with three people in it a while back cruising around the PRI show in Orlando.
For the record, both have a 4.6L OHC V8, but one is basically a station wagon. And when I say 'beat', I mean like with a lead pipe. 
And I'm pretty sure that thing had 2.73 gears too, because if you got on it, you didn't feel anything, but you sure started goin pretty quick.

i was at a car show and a friend of mine dynoed his 05 mustang and ended up 270rwhp and always says he can beat me because factory listings on camaros and stangs are both like 305 (for my 99 atleast) i didn have the heart to tell him that camaros are under rated

11 Stang kills (no losses) at the track so far including one Texas Ford Nationals Bracket racing Champ last year. There is an 04 Cobra gunnin for us and we will oblige after we get our posi fixed. Eager to race my friend Chris' new Shelby GT500 but he wont run. I know every dog has its day but we have not had ours yet.
Cost of mods to power yield, LSx wins hands down over the Stangs.
BTW-I have seen vids of some preety sick minivans and raced a fairly quick one at San Antonio Raceway. Talk about a true sleeper.
Imagine getting your **** handed to you by a 10 sec minivan on your way to the grocery store,lol.

You cant win an argument on LSstang teck.com. Where are they getting this crap about stock fox body's out running Tpi Iroc's and GTA's. Never seen it happen, and for the record my budy out ran a 04 GT in a 85 caddy deville with a 5.7 ZZ4 crate motor only dynoing 281 to the tires and went 13.8 to the stangs 14.6. Now im sorry but you say the GT is fast! Get your mind out of the gutter and wake The F*&% up. The only mustang i give credit for as far as being fast would be the 04 cobra's. I had a little respect for the mach 1 until i saw my buddy get draged by a acura integra. Come on man i drag Gt's with a modified 305.

Im basing this statment on the fact that ive never seen an actual fast GT 4.6 mustang. Hell i out ran a 95 5.0 cobra with the stock 305 and a 3.42 gear twice. I dont know i just never really seen a fast stock 5.0 or a 4.6 GT. Hell maybee you could educate me!

ok. The 95 cobra 5.0 was a 240bhp car with a manual. You beat this car with your stock 305? Ok. Good kill on a faster car with what was obviously a terrible driver. Thanks for the education. You're right. I'm wrong.

SUmmary:
One 04 GT that ran a 14.6...( which is VERY much on the slow side and not normal).
One 03/04 Mach 1 that lost to an integra.
One 95 Cobra that lost to you car?
One car, One race, ONe time, and you have made up your mind? You do realize mach's are low to mid 13s stock. and New edge gts are high 13s low 14s stock.
I will feel bad the day you watch a bad driver behind the wheel of a cobra that runs 13s.
Nothing against you personally, It is hard to not have a strong opinion on what people see with their own eyes. But, please remember, these are onsie twosie races you are talking about here.
For an example.....I watched a 98 C5 vette run 14.7.....do I believe they all run that?...no....BTW - He was mid 14s ALL DAY LONG.
