Killed a snake. I got a few runs with an '04 cobra last night. I was on my way home from work at midnight and he cought me on I10. He rolled beside me for about 1/2 a mile and he finially jumped on it. He jumped out about a car before I had the chance to through it down to 3rd but his car lead didnt last long. By the end of 3rd I was even with him and after 4th I had 2 cars+ on him. I talked to him a little bit at the next stop light and he wanted to go from a dig. I knew I was going to have problems because he has a set of nittos on but I thought I would give it a try anyway.
He jumped out about 1 1/2 cars in 1st and i pulled him in through 2nd. I had about 3 cars after I shut down at about 120. He gave me a thumbs up and he went on his way. Its nice to beat one of the cobras...there are not many running around anymore that are near stock.

From what I have seen of the stock cobras thats about how I run them. I get them by about .4 at the track consistantly. The tune I got really made the LS2 come alive. Before my tune I was maybe .2 faster.
I'm not sure how much heat effects the blown cars but it was SUPER hot last night in Tucson. Maybe that slowed him down a little? It was close to 95 out when I left work at midnight

I dont know, LS2s and Cobras dyno real close to each other and the Vette has a HUGE weight edvantage.
