So, after a certain meet me and evomojo decided to roll out to mexico, from what i have heard this evo runs a 10.80 in the 1/4th, from what i can tell, it is fully built, with a race gas tune 520awhp+ at least. I gotta say this is one of the fastest races i have had with me on the bottle, plus evo (mike) is a cool *** guy, i give him much respect for tonight.

Certainly a fast EVO. Just not as fast as the C6.

Good stuff no doubt. It's nice to see friendly races. You can see just how fast your really going when you are side by side with the rig.

WHP is WHP, regardless of drivetrain type. What kills Evos IMO is aerodynamics. The Vette is a slippery car. And its got better gears for the top end by quite a lot.

thanx guys, the vette is a C6, heads afr 225cc, comp cam 28x (dont know the full spec), under-drive pulley, dynatech longtubes, X-pipe, borla exhaust, tuned for a 100 wet shot, tnt kit. On the motor the car is at 495rwhp on the bottle its just about at 600rwhp (depending on humidity and bottle pressure) with 586lbtq (stock block)

 

Nice kills. Damn C6 is fast...not sure how it hooked, but I'd guess the EVO hung around until the vette hooked, not so much because the EVO is at a drag co. disadvantage.

Man I don't know... I am going 2marrow to tune on it somemore.. I am having very bad fueling issues I started with a topped off tank and at the 3/4 empty mark I have got only 82 miles on the tank.... Pathetic...
