so tonight i was crusin around town in my 2001 camaro ss m6 completly stock lid is only mod... anyways i see me buddy who happens to have a 2003 mach 1 m5 completly stock he only has an h- pipe and thats all... so i go catch him and flag him down... he is with his g/f so i dont think he will bite when i give him some revs... but then i hear a down shift so i know he wants to play!!! we did around a 40 punch i started in 2nd idk what he was in.... then he jumps and i do too at the same time... i jumped about a car on him then i get a 3/4 in front when we shut down... it wasnt a long race i only got to 4th... but if we woulda kept going i think i might have edged him more because i was pulling the whole time.... all in all it was a good run and i consider it a good win.. we talked after but he didnt have much to say hahahah it made me laugh cuz we are pretty good friends....

iv always respected his car and he has mine too thats why we havent raced them before... but tonight we couldnt resist... kids will be kids

I had a similar run in with a white mach here, results were almost exactly the same. I wasnt quite that far ahead in the end though, mabey a half car.

ya it has to be after market because it is loud as hell... it sounds great though...
