Pretty Funny Kill!
Pretty Funny Kill! Friday night me, my buddy, and his girl were heading down to Lexington to go to a few bars. Whenever we hit I-75 , a car starts ridin our ***.( The road has 4 lanes that you can pass on and the lane beside us was clear) We couldnt tell what it was then he just shoots out around us and pulls beside the car. Its a 04 black Gt with a white stripe on the bottom.We just put a new 4.10 gear in his 2000 TA M6 car and was diein to test it out! So he drops it to 5th and just runs away from him( didnt want to drop it to 4th and really walk on the kid) so we let up and he comes back up on us to try it again. So we let him get a jump and we slam it in 4th and within a few seconds, back in front by 2 cars.
Funny Part-
We slow back down to avoid any tickets, the guy pulls up beside my window and is motionin for me to roll mine down. So I roll it down just to see what the guy is going to say. (Guy in the GT) Slow down man, I'll race ya but my car has a 4.11 gear, It dont go that fast!
We laugh and ask him what kind of roll does he want? he says 40 so we slow down and he dont honk it off or anything, just yells GO ! lol Anyways we let him do his thing, let him have a jump, we take off from 4th,(could have down shifted to 3rd), and by the time we hit 100, his headlights where very little! lol We truned off the interstate and give him a wave, he just revs the crap out of it and goes on with his lose! Haha I love Mustangs

40 roll in 4th gear? Even with 4.10's RPM's are pretty low, although with my cam doesn't wake up until ~3K RPM i usually will do 40 in 3rd or 2nd if I feel like it. Good kill though.

Why would he make this up? Good kill but I do find it strange that you pulled him in 4th, cus that would put you around 2200rpms with a 4.10 gear. He might have been in 4th too.

Sure our cars are faster, but when we start claiming that we murdered by bus lenghts a half-full second slower car in 4th-5th gear from a 40mph roll, we sound like a bunch of ricers...
