Default I'm really dissappointed...

...with 6th gear.

last night heading back from best buy i had a volvo wagon in my rear view riding me pretty close. i have heard my buddies who have been to germany talk about wagons and what they can do on the autobahn, so i was interested at this point.

i leisurely take it up to 80 where is still riding me, as we come to a decent clearing i punch it in sixth and take it up to about 120 and the guy is probably a half car back and thinking he stands a chance. i messed with him for a bit in 6th gear because there was too much traffic to really get on it and he was stuck behind me the whole time.

i slow back down to 80 as there is room for him to get next to me. this time i dropped it to 4th, didnt even bother with 3rd, and put a 747 length or 2 between us. as the highway turns into a regular road, we run into each other at the next light and he just had that "you were messing with me" look on his face as he shook his finger at me. seemed like a cool, guy.

definitley made the hour drive back from best buy more entertaining and quicker

Cool. Some guys swap 5.0 Windsor motors into those. I always wanted some sort of psycho wagon. But it would take a lot of power.

Can I ask a question or two?

2 hr. from a Best Buy - wow How close is the nearest race track? What keeps you in such a small town?

Yesterday leaving my gf's work, I saw an Audi wagon (have no idea what it was...4 doors and full wagon) with a HUGE FMIC. gets into the throttle a little bit and you can hear his turbo spool, he shifts, his BOV rings out loudly, and he gets into it in second. A nasty little sleeper if you don't catch the FMIC.

There was an S4 sedan at the track last time I went with some nice wheels and a semi-hidden FMIC running 11.4s

I grew up 45 min from the nearest gas station. I joined the military about 8 years ago and have been stuck in cities ever since. I cant wait to get back to a small town. Big towns/cities are not for everybody....I cant stand them.

I had to drive 3 hours to get to the 1/4 mile track.
