Just for all the F-body guys that are killing us "cobra"....guys.....

If its not 03-04...it doesn't count..haha..new ford rules.......

guys..when you say cobra now....it means 03-04 in our world....

so when the F-body nation..says "beat a cobra" alot of mustang guys are thinking 03-04's

But wait lets not get it twisted......I'm only hearing this form guys that say "I was on LS1 Tech and 300rwhp F-bodies are beating cobra's all the time"..and I call BS. they say" go and readin it damn it"...

Well I do and I find out its......every cobra but the 03-04......

Not saying the 03-04 is the end all car...I have had my best races againts my fellow...(and loved) F- bodies..lost some...won some.......

Cobra= 03-04
Any other Cobra..must specify year...
05..n..up GT 500...Not Cobra...Shelby......

These newer Gen F- body guys are messsin up our lingo.....
Our newer gen Mustang guys are just dumb..so once again...ya'all got us beat......haha...

drive a mustang and i dont think of an 03/04 every time i hear cobra. hell its not even like that on svtp, where the majority own 03/04s. we all know about ASSumptions...

So they finally built a car that would consistently outrun the LT1's Gm was using in the early 90's. So this car is the one Ford guys can claim?? If the Camaro was still being made in 03-04 i would assume Ford would still be seeing taillights. Way to go.......

Dont take what i said literaly but you know what im trying to say... Of course there are Mustangs that can beat LT1's but year for year Ford hasnt done a good job of keeping up with GM. And if the F-bodies had a "special" version of the Camaro's/Trans Am's with a supercharged motor like the SVT team does with Ford think about it. Dont get me wrong i still like mustangs and dont hate them because they arent chevy but when they have to build a $30K+ car to outrun the 10 year old LS1's that shows they are behind.

Not every year has the Camaro been faster than the Mustang stock for stock.

Please don't start with the "only if I had a blower" deal, last time I checked there was not a law saying GM could not build the fbod with a blower.

The special version of the Camaro and TA where indeed made, just without a blower.

What you fail to realize is that with the much over due demise of the fbod, the Mighty STANG has not only won the war of the Pony car, but has now been elevated to compete with GM's flagshit car the "vette".

Which does cost more than the Terms and yet still slower.
