Speedshift..you're pathetic..much like T56SS or whoever.....
There is something you fail to realize. We dont' jump on nooB's....we jump are ignorant people that are brand loyal and blind to reality.....new or not.
Funny how plenty of LS owners have commented to the relm of both of you being ignorant, yet you only jump on the stang owners.....blind...simply blind.

but seriously, that would get way too confusing, since everyone has their own definition of a street car
i love how my thread just turned into a giant mustang/lsx battle, and the only two people not arguing are myself and the guy i raced

Ive raced an 03 that said his best run was a 12.9 but i just dont think he knew how to drive because i had him by about 3 lenghts at 120. And if he did know how to drive those cars are over rated a bit. Unless you change the pulley and then they are screamers.

okay on a serious note. At the track this weekend one of my friends got in a fight bc an 88 (he said stock) gt beat a 5.7 GTO and my friend was arguing that no stock 5.0 could beat a stock GTO. I know he is a liar because i could tell the pullies were changed and im pretty sure it had a bigger cam. What do you mustang guys think

Call me crazy....but how is mild bolt on the same as nearly full bolt on? I will gladly admit my ignorance if your mods listed are not 'almost' a full bolt on. (note: no internal motor work, heads, or gears....to me, those are not bolt ons).

They both ran 14.2's but the mustang had a better reaction time. It was hard to tell with quiet exhaust but it sounded more agressive at higher rpms than the average 5.0, with a small cam type sound at idel. The pullys were light weight, im assuming smaller also, a differance that was probly not noticed but still there.
