I'd say that a Mustang GT looks better than an LS1 Camaro, but definately not better than an LS1 Bird (especially not a T/A)... those birds are VERY nice looking. Then again, when it comes to the 260 bhp OHC 4.6 that runs mid 14's and the 305 bhp LS1 5.7 that runs mid 13's... who really gives a what they look like

I like the way the 94 and up Mustangs look, but the second gens before that are just The only first gens I really like are the fastbacks.

I always thought the Vette's looked retarded with any kind of spoiler... maybe that's just me.

camaro, there is a body kit(Carravagio I think) that includes a small spoiler that looks pretty damn good. Lemme see if I can post a pic.

That 'Gay auto top 10" is funny as hell with the Mustang coming in at number 7! IMO Mustangs sit too damn high, amoung other probs with them... The worst being that they are fuel bombs waiting to happen. I read a link to an article on blueoval.com that scared me off of ever buying a Stang... Apparently Stangs can leak fuel into the cabin when rear ended, and the doors don't pass the openability test at 35mph, in effect potentially leaving the driver to burn alive in their car. 50 or so deaths are attributed to this to date, but good 'ol Ford pays the families off, so the don't have to go to court and admit the defect and go broke recalling and fixing them!!!

My sister has a 6 cyl stang ... however if she ever got in a crash, its probably going to be her hitting someone else rather then the other way around.

I don't own an LS1, but I'm here because LT1tech.com is an effing joke. All their moderators are like a-hole cops: they nitpick about EVERYTHING (Except Jay and Pugs- they're cool guys). I got flamed out by a mod because I suggested a street-racing section What kinda **** is that? I wasn't even an ******* about it. He was all "NOt only is it illegal... it's dangerous, it's blah blah"

Maybe it's the same situation with the Stang fellas. I dunno... But this has been a pretty good board so far, nobody's said anything remotely assholish to me yet!

Hey some of the stang guys are really cool like evilstang so don't hate. I don't like the way stangs look or drive but I like them alot better than I like all these little bubble shaped civics. I really dont like the ricestangs I've seen recently. Evidently the new thing is to put a 3 foot aluminum wing and neon lights on your V6 mustang. Talk about ruining the looks of a car.

Hey, hey, hey, I agree, some of the Stang guys are cool. My dig is because there have been a few stang guys on here that trash our cars. My best friend is a Mustang owner, as well as my brother, so I don't dislike Mustangs. I dislike the people that own them that are stupid. Don't get me wrong not all stang owners are *** holes or idiots, just the majority who live in Tampa.

I think its the majority of stang owners all over, not just tampa. I have only met a handful of cool stang guys in NY, out of the hundred or so I have run into on the street.

I will be buying a 2005 mustang when it comes out so I guess you could say I am a stang fan. However, I love my 99Z and thats all there is to it.

Hey, I was a stang driver! '93 LX 5.0 Notch. Clutch blew out my left knee.
The car was quick, but not LS1 quick! Never raced it, wasn't into the scene for the short time I had it.

The other day I saw a v6 mustang, with THE ugliest wheels i've ever seen. It was sitting with the front about 5" higher than the back. Either he took his engine out and put it in the trunk or it had some hydrolics. It was possibly the funniest thing i've seen in a while.
