^^^ LOL..

It will come down tot he driver. Since you just got the car (if its your first fbod), I don't see you winning either race, until you get more familiar with the car.

BTW - IBTL....no what if's...

Is the intake package the one with the lid, smooth bellow, and ram air?? It does help out. I put a kit on my friends car and he said he could feel the difference. I think if the GTO and the Mach 1 are both stock, it is going to be a drivers race no matter which car.

Out of the 3 stock vs stock the LS2 GTO is the strongest on top end but is the weakest when it comes to launching. I figure the Mach 1 will have the lead from the dig and LS1 F-bod and LS2 GTO would both slowly pull by if they go long enough

If the f-bod is m6 then it will be close between him and the gto with the gto prolly still pulling away on top-end, both will prolly beat the mach1 from a roll. From a dig the mach1 will prolly hold both of you off til about 40 or so and then get passed assuming drivers are all equal.

It will be a drivers race all around with the advantages at top end going like this LS2>LS1>Mach1

In before the lock

Yep....dig race will be darn close, and driver's.....Roll, well, that depends on roll, and driver's shifting.
