What an exciting night it was!! We got a lot of racers to meet up with us to get in some races! We had a C6 Vette, Chris's Turbo Camaro Z28, Charlie's Cobra, Jared's Stroker Camaro Z28, Gabriel's Camaro SS, Martin's GTP, Rudy's Trans Am, Robby's Trans Am and Kendel's Trans Am.

1. Gabriel's 2000 Camaro SS vs. Charlie's 2004 SVT Cobra

Race was done from a dig

Result: Three honks and both took off. By around 120, Gabriel was about 2 cars ahead of Charlie!

2. Gabriel's 2000 Camaro SS vs. Jared's 1998 Camaro Z28

Race was done from a first gear roll

Result: Three honks started it off. Gabriel pulled about 3 cars (and still pulling) by around 115 mph. That meant two wins for Gabriel now.

3. Jared's 1998 Camaro Z28 vs. Charlie's 2004 SVT Cobra

Race was done from a dig

Result: Three honks. By about 120, Charlie was a good one and half car lengths ahead of Jared. It was a clear victory for Charlie.

4. Martin's 1997 Pontiac GTP vs. (year?) Infiniti G35

Race was done from a first gear roll

Result: Three honks..... By around 100 the G35 pulled about 2.5 cars on the GTP

5. Gabriel's 2000 Camaro SS vs. Chris's 1998 Camaro Z28 (Turbo 10psi)

Race was done from dig.

Result: 3 honks and both took off. Gabriel got all about 2 car lengths ahead of Chris at around 60 mph, then Chris started pulling. Chris passed Gabriel at around 115 mph (which is what Gabriel traps in the 1/4 mile), but he did pass Gabriel pretty fast. Seems like Chris is having some serious traction issues, and was likely burning out the whole first 1/8 of a mile, and had to play catch up. The full potential of Chris's car cannot be realized from racing from a stop, until he gets some stickier tires.

6. Chris's 1998 Camaro Z28 vs Charlie's 2004 SVT Cobra

Race was done from a dig.

Result: Pretty similar to Gabriel's result, the Cobra kept ahead of Chris (busy spinning his tires) until around 110- 115. Then the Z28 pulled clear past the cobra at a much higher rate of speed.

None of this really means anything unless you tell us each cars mods or show a video. We dont know who these people are so we cant comment, sounds like a badass night though.

 

stupid question lol doesnt relate but how do you guys get the pics of your car on the bottom of your comments?

gtp: 2.9 pully with intake

g35: stock

GTP IS DOOMED!!! BWAHHA 2.9 with an intake and gets stomped by the g35 bwahaha! tell him he should increase timing to 50 and take out his knock sensors! If his mods are correct his motor isnt gonna last too long. Not to mention getting stomped that bad by the g35.

 

hahaha WOW!!! im soo stupid. 2.9 hehehe yah right! i think it is like a 3.8 or something! it is pushing about 12-13 lbs of boost and yah sorry for that mistake now i feel stupid lol
