a mach 1 will take an unsuspecting cocky ls1. like myself, ive seen this in real life lol. it sucked, but he had gears and slicks and knew how to drive, this was with my 99 to before any mods,

arent them like 60 some thousand new lol
well the s281 saleen wont
im just sayin the only known fords that arent crazy expensive that may beat a ls1 car is the 03-04 cobra and the gt500 and you need to be a good driver to pull and ls1 car good
im just saying cobras are nice but holy **** that guy with the blue one needs to chill on people around here

my buddy o3 mach had full exhaust intake and tune and he stayed with me until about 65 and then i started pulling
he was mad at me and i know he didnt let off
hes not the best diver but still

well you didnt say price, and im not even sure if the cobra r is really that fast i mean it better be with no radio and that much money, but that is a road race car not a drag car,

Well that does make a difference... at the track they are basically dead-even. From a roll, the LS1 is a bit stronger, but Machs still trap 104-106mph on a pretty regular basis. Nothing to sneeze at.

and thanks, the mph is high for a stocker, i dont know why but im not complaining, even when i went to the 1/4 track for the first time with my 02, it went 13.4 at 109, with a 2.2 60' and a 8.9 1/8, i couldnt hook, and i only got in one run, kinda sucked, but i still blew all my buddy;s modded cars outta the water by like 2 or 3mph lol
havent been back to the 1/4 since, im waiting on the good track to open up
i actually have a pass at exactly 8.509 too lol, what a trip haha
