Headers, vararam and a tune would have taken care of the 350 no problem. The haltech will probably be fine but,..i'd sell it for a vararam if it was me.
That above combo,..is a pretty good one. Strongly suggest useing the heads and cam asap. Whole different animal bro.

Procharger makes a kit for the 350z...
I've got some mods in mind for my Zo6... though I havn't had problems with anything... except for an AMG Benz that rolled out on me once... he was driving like an idiot though (interstate swerving/traffic)

A buddy of mine has a twin turbo 300zx and he spent about $6000 upgrading his turbos and another $4000 rebuilding his motor and he runs about 12.40's...that's a lot of money to run mid 12's if you ask me. It's pretty funny when I put a car or two on him from a roll because I only have $15,000 in mine...including the car.
