Nice death.
I raced an 04' skittle that was bone stock vs LId, LTs and exhaust then. I had him by about 5 cars in the 1/4 granny shifting.
He then got more boost and exhaust putting down a "claimed" 277FWHP. I had my intake and throttle body done and walk him by about the same. Maybe he just sucks at driving more than I do :p

just upping boost and exhaust they can pull about 250fwhp.

hahaha your talkin about josh barnes, i cant stand him nemore lol, ya his car had straight pipe exhaust, upped boost a bov and a intake. it was pretty quick but had all kinds of tribel crap on it. now he ownes a 300whp talon and thought my stang was more or less stock and i put about 15 car lenghths on him from 40-120 lol.

A good friend is donating an old h/c package but I'm waiting until I get some cash to get supporting mods first because it is definitely too nasty of a cam for the stock converter/exhaust. He made like 411 at the wheel with it in his m6 car. Bastard has like 470 on the stock bottom end now

Does he still own the neon? I thought it had something on it. I couldn't tell if it was flames or what because it was night.
What do you think that car ran in the 1/4? Just curious because I've been wondering what mine would run stock. From a stop I'd say it would be dead even because my car hooks pretty well. If that neon got better traction (doubt it) it would probably get me by like 2 lengths.
