Well the calibur can join the ranks of good performing but FUGLY 4 doors . You have calibur, mazdaspeed3s and wrx/stis to name a few. To me four door and sports car should never be used in the same sentence. And the irony is subaru used to offer a two door imprezza not turbo but two door. The 2 door neon still looked a bit better too.

Dodge should have brought out a cool looking little 2 door rocket. Whats the the 4 door thing lately. My beloved grand prix supercharged gtp coupes are gone too now. Replaced I guess by g6 coupes. At least gm kept a couple of coupes in their lineup. What does dodge have now? The new challenger, the viper,do they even make the crossfire anymore and the challenger and crossfire are not that cheap.

Well the v6 challenger might not be too bad but its not that small a car either or that light . I hate to say it but they should have made a two door awd little rocket. In the old days remember they made the plymouth laser and eagle talon turbo awd and fwd cars. Maybe not the most reliable cars but certainly not bad looking to most people .Women especially compliment my older early 90s talons and my 97 talon all the time.


Two door helps. Awd and turbos hook up and can peform.
The calibur is not even awd option don't think anymore?

It's not about looks. If you need an inexpensive, economical car or even a 4 door car perhaps even with a hatch, and you don't want it to be slow, then you're stuck with these few options. If you want it to be American this is what you got. The Neon (used to) or the Caliber fit the bill. The turbo Cobalt SS that is coming out will also be in this category and it won't be as ugly.

 

Who cares if the calibur or the Neon looks better, they look equally as shitty.

ya i woulda been up there a long time ago but i had a bike wreck and was in the hospital for about 2 weeks. i have surgery next week. after i recover from that ill get up there. heck im so bored lately ill try to race with a sling on lol.

What are you having surgery on? How did you wreck? Did you loop it or hit something? I used to spend my weekends on the dragon but after seeing my buddies bike go from being a nice piece to useless in no time flat I lost a little taste for it. Riding like that is going to have a bad ending eventually. I'm lucky I haven't got hurt yet.

I believe the Caliber is still available in AWD, just not in the SRT-4 trim.

 

long story short i usually am on the back tire at 100+ and runnin 170+alot but me and some friends were just pullin out of a stop area. and i was only goin about 40 a guy hit his brakes in front of me because of a dang dog and when i nailed my brakes i was in gravel that was on the road. it low sided and i smacked the ground then the bike smacked me. all it did was a few scratches on the bike. i had to be life flighted and was in icu 10 days. i had a 1 inch skull fracture, major swelling and brain bleeding and a shattered coller bone. now my head is back to normal with no more brain damage lol just headaches alot and i hafta have reconstructive shoulder surgery on it. alot of plates on the collerbone, and rebrake in the shoulder cuff so im gonna be sore again. but im doin 1000%better and ill be my normal self again in a few weeks.
