Actually I just got a local guy today. Everybody has been from VA. or NC. The guy sounds like he is 50 yrs old though.

Dude, I was originally thinking of a C6 Z06 but they cost so much. They are getting cheaper though. Look at this one.

$50K is still alot of payment. $750+ vs $450 for a 3.4 Whipple Cobra.

Sorry OP, I will take it to PM next. I just figured this pertains to the thread, Cobra vs Vette.

G5X3 cars seem to punch a bit above their weight too. They have a ton of top end pull and mid-range even compared to an MS3 IIRC.

Sweet runs. Thats probably the best looking DDed 71K car I've seen lately.

Next time I'll try and get a video... for now all I have is this video I made of my car (the red stripes are currently off the car):

Thanks, I daily drive it and can usually be seen around 19th street during the day.

All of the work was done by LG Motorsports in Wylie, TX. They first put a street tune on it, and then once they fixed their dyno a few weeks later, they touched it up and dyno tuned it. It's a very agreeable DD cam. The 112 LSA gives it a rough and lopey idle that sounds mean, but the car is getting easier and easier to drive. Beneath 2k RPM it can be a little lopey and have a slight flat spot, but as long as I drive it above 1500 RPMs in gear, it won't surge or buck. When the engine is cold, though, it will be harder to drive, but once warm it's easy and smooth. The torque curve is also a little up and down from 2k to 3k, but after 3k RPM, it's amazing. LG does a lot of their tuning and part design for the mid-range, where road racing tends to put the engine. Prior to the cam I had more torque below 3k RPM, but who races below 3k?

I thought about using Sunshine here in Killeen, but for various reasons decided to stick with LGM.
God I ******' love Corvettes . Why did you ditch the hash-marks though
