come to my neck of the woods you would get a rude awakening!havent had a 4.6 or 5.0 yet beat me.
you better to stick to the mildly moded ls1's like stock! if you want to say you can beat them.

And I have never lost to a LS1 in my life. However it can and probably will happen sometime. Hell when my 99 Cobra was completely stock except for 4.10 gears and bolt ons that put it at 287rwhp I pulled a LS1 SS 6 speed with a lid and exhaust from a 2nd gear roll and made him look stupid from a dead stop. You have a nice car and he has a nice car. He just needs to learn. Unlike you he doesn't just have a stupid pedal. He has to work to make his car run good.
I have 2 call BS. i've beaten a mach 1 with a couple bolt ons with a GOOD driver my car is stock and i've even beaten 3 03+ cobra's. our cars usually put down more than 287rwhp bone stock... i thought the mighty cobra was suppose 2 own us??????

I ran a best of 13.58 in my A4 TA only thing i've done to it is hack the lower air box.... and my POS muffler has a few rust holes in it

I agree that the driver mod definitely played a role, especially if his tranny is messed up (trust me, I know all about how much of a difference clutch/tranny problems can make), but either way, you guys raced with what you had and you won. Nice kills, OP.

So you call BS on him, but then claim to have beaten a bolt-on Mach 1 AND two '03 Cobras with your 13.5s stock automatic LS1? Right back at ya.

Listen if the best you have run is a 13.5 and you think you can beat any bolt on mach 1 you would be wrong, i went a 12.78 @ 110 then got a tune and got 18rwhp more and i raced a full bolt on mach 1 and had 1 car on him until about 80mph then got 1 maybe 2 more cars up to 110 from 80. So a he was a 13 flat high 12 second car with just bolt ons and rear end gears. Bolt on Mach 1s can move, certainly faster than a 13.5.
also 03+ cobras can run 12.6s-12.7s with a good driver bone stock and trap a hell of alot higher than 102mph.

When my 99 Cobra ran that SS my car ran 13.1@106mph on a set of 255 Firestone all season tires. Yea, there is no way I could outrun a LS1@!!!!!!

none yet track has only 1/8th mile open cause its just been reopened from its 3 years of being closed, only good dyno is about 200 miles away. im hoping on motor 470-490 mabe on the sauce 615-630 dont know its only been in almost 2 months now

There is nothing like having equally sized calves from no longer holding down a heavy *** clutch for an hour a day. Nothing like not rowing through gears when its 110 outside and your ac compressor is jacked. Nothing like never again having to say but i missed x gear or couldnt answer my phone cause i was driving or not use my console cupholder cause the shifter is RIGHT THERE. Trust me, autos arent so bad. Im gettin a 4000 stall so itll be even more fun.
